Lifetime free cleaning and inspection
Your Loch Jewelers jewelry will be cleaned and inspected at no charge to the customer.
There is also a lifetime guarantee on craftsmanship. The gems are guaranteed against loss from their mounting, barring misuse, natural wear, or fault of the wearer, and will be replaced free of charge.
However, you must bring you diamond jewelry into Loch Jewelers every six months for an inspection in order to validate this warranty. Your free inspection must be made and recorded on the reverse side of your certificate of your guarantee. The jeweler will do this at the time of the inspection. Loch Jewelers must make necessary repairs at the expense of the purchaser.

Ensuring your diamond is conflict-free
Under the Kimberley Process, rough diamonds are sealed in tamper resistant containers and certified conflict-free by a strict system of forger-resistant documents and serial numbers. This documentation is re-certified each time a rough diamond crosses an international border. To further safeguard the legitimate diamond supply, companies selling diamonds to Loch Jewelers provide us with written statements declaring that our diamonds are from sources free from conflict. Loch Jewelers provides documentation that our suppliers have provided this assurance.
